House of Maevie is an interior design studio in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. Like most small businesses, it ran on a pile of apps: one for projects, one for proposals, one for invoices, one for the website, and a person holding them all together.

Ryan, the studio’s Operations Manager, holds a master’s degree in data science. He designed one system to replace the pile: a website, a client portal and an internal hub, all connected, with Claude built in. The studio now runs every project, proposal, schedule and client conversation from it.

It worked so well that we are building the same thing for small businesses across the country. Ryan leads the build. Susanne, House of Maevie’s founder, is our creative director, so everything we make looks like it belongs to you.

Good to know.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Your hub runs on your own account, and the information in it is yours. If you ever part ways with us, it stays with you.

What does it cost?

Every business is different, so every build is quoted after a free discovery call: one build fee, then a simple monthly plan for hosting, care and changes. We start with the area costing you the most, so it proves itself before you commit to the rest.

What if I need a change later?

Tell us. Changes are part of the monthly plan and usually take days, not weeks. You can also ask your hub questions yourself at any time.

Can you bring over what I already have?

Yes. Customer lists, orders, projects, documents and history come with you, so nothing starts from zero.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use a phone, you can use your hub. We design it around the way you and your team already talk about the work.
