How House of Maevie runs on one hub.
A five-year-old interior design studio in North Carolina moved its projects, clients and paperwork into one system. This is the system we now build for other businesses.
Screenshots show the studio’s real hub. Nothing on these pages shows client information.

Before
A studio held together by apps and one very busy person.

What we built
The Website
houseofmaevie.com, rebuilt off WordPress on the studio’s own account. Every inquiry lands in the hub.
The Client Portal
Where clients read proposals, sign agreements, pay invoices, answer questionnaires, share inspiration photos and message the studio.
The Hub
The project board, the team schedule with hours, task boards, a project checklist of more than 150 tasks, more than 90 client email templates, SOPs, marketing, financials and HR, in one login.
The morning routine
Every morning at 4:30, Claude reads the day’s email, files and logged hours, updates each project’s brief and sends Susanne a summary before she starts.
