It started with our own studio.

House of Maevie is an interior design studio in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. Like most small businesses, it ran on a pile of apps: one for projects, one for proposals, one for invoices, one for the website, and a person holding them all together.

Ryan, the studio’s Operations Manager, holds a master’s degree in data science with a concentration in AI. He designed one system to replace the pile: a website, a client portal and an internal hub, all connected, with Claude built in. The studio now runs every project, proposal, schedule and client conversation from it.

It worked so well that we are building the same thing for small businesses across the country. Ryan leads the build. Susanne, House of Maevie’s founder, is our creative director, so everything we make looks like it belongs to you.
